Pricing and T&c's

Initial consultations- Garden visits(90)mins £35
Written Reports, detailed plan of action for your garden as discussed in the consultation from £40 (Dependent on size of garden) price will be confirmed after my visit. Reports sent via email where possible.
Plant Lists from £35 including web links where possible of places to buy plants from.
Planting List with planting Plan from£50
Extra consultation visits and coaching services, or a mixture of both £20 per hour (min fee charged £40 for 2 hrs)

At my first visit we will agree the services that I am going to provide and agree any additional reports or documents that I am going to prepare for you. I will be clear about any costs and I aim to be flexible to provide the service that you need. Please ask if you are not sure of what is included in my fees.
Payment must be made in full on the day via card or cash. For additional reports or plant lists I may ask for a 50% deposit and any invoices sent are due for payment immediately by bank transfer or card payment.
Area covered within 20 miles or 30 mins from home, over that distance i will give you a mileage price cost.
In severe weather conditions I will cancel the appointment to be rearranged for a later date to suit you. If you need to cancel an appointment I ask that you let me know as soon as possible, I understand that this happens sometimes and I will reschedule, but I reserve the right to charge a £10 cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
My services are based on advice, guidance and training. I will demonstrate but will not solely carry out the work for you and cannot take responsibility for any work that you carry out when I am not with you.
After a consultation I am happy to answer occasional questions by text, email or WhatsApp, but I may suggest that another visit is needed if I think that you need further help.
